The Self-Love & Sovereignty Workbook for Women, by Zsuzsanna Tuell — paperback

IN HER OWN WORDS

“What I love most is how grounded and real the author is. It doesn’t promise perfection; it gives you a clear map to catch yourself faster, drop the self-judgment, and finally stand in your own power. Do yourself a favor, and order this and the companion book. It’s an investment in yourself that I found to be much needed.”

ABOUT THE BOOK

The sovereignty no one handed you

You already know how to build a life. This book is about something else: learning to feel sovereign inside the one you already built.

Rise Above the Line is for the woman who built a full life, the career, the family, the people she held together, and who did most of it without anyone asking what she gave up to do it. It names the thing underneath the competence. Capability isn’t the same as feeling at home in your own life.

Built on the SOV-LINE™ Framework, the book maps two ways of living. Below the Line: self-neglect, reactive energy, giving from fear. Above the Line: self-love, creative energy, giving from fullness. Seven Horizons run through it, Worth, Softening, Truth, Sanctuary, Abundance, Anchor, and the Sacred Fire, and together they give you the language and the practice to rise.

This isn’t a promise that you’ll stop descending. I still do, in my marriage, at work, in the ordinary friction of an average Tuesday. What changes is the rise. Faster. Less mysterious each time. That’s what this book hands you. Not a cure. A reliable way back.

You’re not the only one rising. It’s the same shift I see in almost every woman I work with, just at a different point in hers.

ABOUT THE WORKBOOK

The practice, not just a map

You’ve read the framework. Rise Above the Line laid out the theory and the science behind the SOV-LINE™ Framework. The Workbook is where you practice it, every day.

Everything you need is printed here: the prompts, the tracking logs, the space to write. No separate journal needed. Let the workbook hold all of it.

Week 1 is your initial assessment: your commitment, and the Focus Map you’re starting from. Weeks 2 through 8 move through the Seven Horizons (Worth, Softening, Truth, Sanctuary, Abundance, Anchor, the Sacred Fire), one a week, each one mapped Below the Line and Above it. Weeks 9 through 11 move the work out of solitude and into everyday life: the people closest to you, your workplace, the wider world you move through. Week 12 is reassessment. You return to the same Focus Map you drew in Week 1 and see what moved over the ten weeks in between.

There will be a week you don’t want to open your workbook. That’s not failure. It’s predictable, and it’s the old pattern doing its job, keeping you small. On those weeks, the only job is the body arrival. Write one honest sentence and close the book. That’s enough.

You don’t have to fill these pages alone. The same coaching and community around the book stand behind the Workbook too.

The book shows you the Line. The Workbook is where the daily practice of rising begins. Coaching is where you rise with someone beside you, instead of alone.

ABOUT ZSUZSANNA

Who wrote this

I didn’t set out to become a coach. I built this framework because I needed it, the way anything that matters gets built: from the inside, after I finally noticed how long I’d been living below my own line without naming it.

The coaching came after, out of what kept happening when I described this work to other women. They recognized it as a map for something they’d felt for years and hadn’t had the words for. That recognition is why I do this work now.

I spent thirty years in technology, most recently as a Principal Technical Architect at Salesforce, building agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients. Before that, leading Sales Enablement at Deltek, I watched which leaders on my team adapted to AI and which didn’t. Judgment made the difference, more than technical skill. I left that career to build the SOV-LINE™ Framework instead, the same kind of precision I once gave to enterprise architecture, now given to the architecture of a life. These days I work with high-achieving women who are ready to stop giving from fear and start giving from something real, one conversation at a time.
