Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or mental health treatment. It is not a substitute for professional psychological care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Refund Policy

Digital products: Due to the immediate downloadable nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a product has been accessed or downloaded.

Coaching programs: Coaching investments are non-refundable once the program has commenced. Please complete the discovery call process before enrolling to ensure mutual fit.

Books: Refunds for physical books are handled according to the retailer’s return policy.
